磷石膏在建材領域的應用現狀

1、磷石膏的特點及其應用的影響(xiang)因素

      磷石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)的主要成(cheng)分為(wei)CaSO4·2H2O,pH值約為(wei)1.5~4.5,呈(cheng)酸性,含水(shui)率很高(gao) ,由于含有(you)未分解的磷礦、未洗(xi)滌干凈的磷酸、氟化鈣(gai)、鐵鋁(lv)氧化物(wu)、酸不(bu)溶(rong)物(wu)、有(you)機物(wu)等(deng)少量(liang)雜質呈(cheng)淺灰白色(se),能溶(rong)于酸、銨鹽、甘油,微(wei)溶(rong)于水(shui),不(bu)溶(rong)于乙醇,128℃時失水(shui)呈(cheng)半水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(CaSO4·1/2H2O),160℃時失水(shui)成(cheng)無水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)。此(ci)外(wai),用于建(jian)材(cai)行業的磷石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)的放射(she)性應符合GB6566-2001《建(jian)筑(zhu)材(cai)料放射(she)性核素(su)限量(liang)》中的規定。

      磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)中(zhong)由(you)于含有(you)(you)(you)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)、氟、有(you)(you)(you)機物等(deng)多種(zhong)(zhong)雜(za)質,使(shi)其(qi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能不如天然(ran)石膏(gao),不能直(zhi)接作為石膏(gao)建材使(shi)用。探明雜(za)質對(dui)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能的影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)規律(lv),對(dui)其(qi)進行經濟有(you)(you)(you)效的預處理以消除有(you)(you)(you)害(hai)雜(za)質影(ying)(ying)響(xiang),是磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)資源化(hua)的關(guan)鍵問題之(zhi)一。國內外對(dui)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)中(zhong)雜(za)質及其(qi)對(dui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能的影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)進行了(le)(le)廣泛(fan)的研究。磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)多種(zhong)(zhong)雜(za)質中(zhong),磷(lin)(lin)(lin)對(dui)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)最大(da)(da),具體表現為延(yan)長(chang)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)凝結時(shi)間,降低硬化(hua)體強度(du) 。磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)中(zhong)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)組分(fen)主要有(you)(you)(you)可(ke)溶(rong)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)、共晶(jing)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)、沉淀磷(lin)(lin)(lin)三(san)種(zhong)(zhong)形態,以可(ke)溶(rong)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)對(dui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)最大(da)(da)。有(you)(you)(you)機物、共晶(jing)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)是僅次(ci)于可(ke)溶(rong)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)的有(you)(you)(you)害(hai)雜(za)質。H.?lmez等(deng)用紅外吸收(shou)光譜證實(shi)了(le)(le)共晶(jing)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)的存在(zai);彭家惠等(deng)研究了(le)(le)有(you)(you)(you)機物的種(zhong)(zhong)類、結構以及有(you)(you)(you)機物和共晶(jing)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)在(zai)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)中(zhong)的分(fen)布(bu)規律(lv),并證實(shi)了(le)(le)它們對(dui)磷(lin)(lin)(lin)石膏(gao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能的影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)。可(ke)溶(rong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)氟使(shi)建筑石膏(gao)凝結時(shi)間縮短。

磷石(shi)(shi)膏因(yin)其(qi)雜(za)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)影(ying)響,要直接用于(yu)生產石(shi)(shi)膏建材,應進行一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)。常用的(de)(de)預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝有水(shui)洗(xi)、石(shi)(shi)灰中和、球磨、浮(fu)選、篩分、煅燒以及(ji)陳化等[27]。在實(shi)際利用時(shi)不(bu)僅要考(kao)慮磷石(shi)(shi)膏中存(cun)在的(de)(de)雜(za)質(zhi)(zhi)種類(lei)及(ji)數量,還應考(kao)慮其(qi)利用途徑和經濟性(xing),綜合各種因(yin)素來(lai)選擇經濟而又合理(li)的(de)(de)預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)方(fang)式。


2、磷石膏在建材制品方面(mian)的(de)應用

      磷(lin)石膏(gao)經預處理后(hou)煅燒生產(chan)的(de)建筑(zhu)石膏(gao),可以(yi)用于(yu)制造紙(zhi)面石膏(gao)板(ban)、纖維石膏(gao)板(ban)、空(kong)心條板(ban)、空(kong)心砌塊(kuai)、建筑(zhu)標準磚以(yi)及其他石膏(gao)膠結材(cai),如粉(fen)刷石膏(gao)、嵌縫石膏(gao)和充填石膏(gao)等建材(cai)制品(pin)。這些(xie)產(chan)品(pin)具有良好(hao)的(de)絕熱(re)性和溫度調節性,易于(yu)施工(gong)、裝(zhuang)飾效果好(hao),具有很好(hao)的(de)市場(chang)前(qian)景(jing),是磷(lin)石膏(gao)利用的(de)有效途徑。

A、石膏板材

      處理后(hou)的(de)(de)磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)可代替天(tian)然石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)生產(chan)(chan)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),這(zhe)在國(guo)外(wai)早有(you)(you)成功的(de)(de)經驗(yan),如日本(ben)、韓(han)國(guo)和(he)(he)(he)德(de)國(guo)的(de)(de)磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)利(li)用率(lv)都很高。其(qi)(qi)中板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)材的(de)(de)主(zhu)要形式有(you)(you)紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、纖維石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、麥(mai)草石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)(he)(he)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)隔墻(qiang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)等。日本(ben)每年(nian)(nian)有(you)(you)2Mt磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)制(zhi)成紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),德(de)國(guo)和(he)(he)(he)英國(guo)每年(nian)(nian)約有(you)(you)1Mt磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)制(zhi)成紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)。我國(guo)紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)開發(fa)始于70年(nian)(nian)代,通過引進、消化和(he)(he)(he)吸收,中國(guo)建(jian)材集團杭州設計研究院先后(hou)開發(fa)了400 萬(wan)m2/a、2000 萬(wan)m2/a和(he)(he)(he)3000 萬(wan)m2/a 國(guo)產(chan)(chan)化紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)生產(chan)(chan)線;合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)四方磷(lin)復(fu)肥(fei)有(you)(you)限責任公司與(yu)合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)鴻鵬(peng)商貿有(you)(you)限公司合(he)(he)(he)作開發(fa)了磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)生產(chan)(chan)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)等裝飾材料,可處理磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)400 t/d;據不完全統計,2005年(nian)(nian)國(guo)內(nei)紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)產(chan)(chan)量約為2×108m2,其(qi)(qi)中以天(tian)然石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)為原料的(de)(de)有(you)(you)(1.4~1.5)×108m2,以磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)為原料的(de)(de)為(5~6)×107m2,每年(nian)(nian)可消耗磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)400~500kt;纖維石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、麥(mai)草石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)及(ji)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)隔墻(qiang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)等裝飾石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)總產(chan)(chan)量約為2×107m2,主(zhu)要是以天(tian)然石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)為原料,約占到(dao)90%;磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)為原料的(de)(de)只占到(dao)10%,僅消耗磷(lin)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)20kt。

B、粉刷石膏

      粉(fen)刷石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)是一(yi)種新型的(de)抹(mo)灰(hui)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。由于其(qi)凝結硬化快、黏結力(li)強、防水(shui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能好、體積穩定性(xing)(xing)(xing)好、質地細膩光滑,具有一(yi)定的(de)保溫、隔熱、吸聲性(xing)(xing)(xing)能,施工方便(bian),因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)發達國家應用廣泛。據不完全統計,2005年國內粉(fen)刷石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)對(dui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)的(de)需(xu)求(qiu)量約為2Mt,幾乎(hu)全部是以(yi)天然石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)為原料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de),所以(yi)利用磷石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)生產粉(fen)刷石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)的(de)市場(chang)前景(jing)相(xiang)當(dang)可(ke)觀,不僅能夠節能利廢,保護環境,而(er)且(qie)還具有一(yi)定的(de)經(jing)濟效益。國內有研究表明,采用石(shi)(shi)(shi)灰(hui)中和球磨(mo)預(yu)處理工藝,制(zhi)成優(you)等品建筑石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao),在(zai)此(ci)基礎上,利用復合緩(huan)凝劑、保水(shui)劑的(de)超(chao)疊效應,配制(zhi)出性(xing)(xing)(xing)能良好的(de)磷石(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)基粉(fen)刷材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao),中試和工程試用表明,它的(de)技(ji)術經(jing)濟性(xing)(xing)(xing)明顯優(you)于傳統粉(fen)刷材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao),是市場(chang)前景(jing)廣闊的(de)新型粉(fen)刷材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。

C、墻體材料

      歐洲等(deng)發達(da)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)材料(liao)(liao)占全(quan)(quan)部(bu)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)50%以(yi)上,美國(guo)(guo)(guo)更高達(da)70% 。據不完全(quan)(quan)統(tong)計(ji),2005年國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)材料(liao)(liao)產量為60Mt,其(qi)中以(yi)天(tian)然石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)為原料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)約55Mt,約占到(dao)(dao)91.7%;磷石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)為原料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)僅占到(dao)(dao)8.3%,約消耗磷石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)250kt。由于現有的(de)(de)黏土(tu)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)耗用大量耕地而被國(guo)(guo)(guo)家明令限制(zhi),而燒(shao)結類(lei)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)材也(ye)因為耗能大逐漸被非燒(shao)結類(lei)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)材所代替,所以(yi)利用磷石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)生產非燒(shao)結磚(zhuan)(zhuan)和砌(qi)塊前景相當可觀。俞波和陳吉(ji)春研究了非煅燒(shao)磷石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)磚(zhuan)(zhuan),通過(guo)試驗(yan)確(que)定了生產高強磷石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)磚(zhuan)(zhuan)原料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)配(pei)合比及成(cheng)型壓力。利用磷石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)研制(zhi)了耐水性石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)砌(qi)塊,在(zai)(zai)實驗(yan)室進行了工(gong)藝配(pei)方的(de)(de)研究,并投(tou)入(ru)實踐。目(mu)前該裝置(zhi)生產的(de)(de)石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)空心(xin)砌(qi)塊已在(zai)(zai)建(jian)筑行業(ye)投(tou)入(ru)使用。目(mu)前,國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)砌(qi)塊的(de)(de)發展較(jiao)快,山東省建(jian)成(cheng)或擬(ni)建(jian)40~60 萬噸的(de)(de)生產線有4~6 條,預(yu)計(ji)2010年國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)石(shi)(shi)膏(gao)砌(qi)塊的(de)(de)年產量將(jiang)達(da)到(dao)(dao)2000萬m2。


3、磷石膏(gao)生產(chan)筑路材料(liao)

      用(yong)磷(lin)石(shi)膏對(dui)二灰(hui)(hui)土(用(yong)石(shi)灰(hui)(hui)、粉煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)作(zuo)固化(hua)劑穩定土料(liao))進行增強改性,生(sheng)產出一(yi)種“高性能的磷(lin)石(shi)膏二灰(hui)(hui)穩定土半干(gan)性基層(ceng)材(cai)料(liao)”,可有效(xiao)避免二灰(hui)(hui)土作(zuo)路(lu)面基層(ceng)其早期強度低的缺點,還能進一(yi)步(bu)改善二灰(hui)(hui)土的抗裂(lie)性,該筑(zhu)路(lu)材(cai)料(liao)的推廣應用(yong)可大(da)量消(xiao)耗磷(lin)石(shi)膏。法(fa)國(guo)、比利時、印度、前蘇聯、美國(guo)等都在用(yong)磷(lin)石(shi)膏作(zuo)筑(zhu)路(lu)材(cai)料(liao)。美國(guo)佛羅里達(da)磷(lin)酸鹽研究(jiu)所將磷(lin)石(shi)膏用(yong)于停車場路(lu)面,以(yi)及將磷(lin)石(shi)膏用(yong)作(zuo)公(gong)路(lu)路(lu)基,均(jun)取得(de)良好效(xiao)果。

4、其他(ta)方(fang)面

      磷(lin)石膏還可(ke)以用于(yu)生產新(xin)(xin)型(xing)建(jian)筑材料,如新(xin)(xin)型(xing)石膏陶瓷裝飾(shi)材料、石膏基(ji)導(dao)電材料、石膏基(ji)磁(ci)性(xing)材料、新(xin)(xin)型(xing)隔熱材料、新(xin)(xin)型(xing)磷(lin)石膏基(ji)聚氯(lv)乙烯(xi)型(xing)材、高水(shui)速凝固材料——礦山填(tian)充劑、自流平材料等。
